This stunning penthouse renovation was done for a client that enjoys entertaining and wanted a place to display their extensive art collection. The design features 3 kitchens, including one with 3 lobster tanks, a zen garden on the deck and expansive city views from every room. We oversaw all aspects of the construction and architectural administration on behalf of the owner. Cecil Baker was the architect for this 6,000 Square Foot project.
