Gwynedd Mercy is a liberal arts University located in Lower Gwynedd Township, Pennsylvania with a commitment to service and learning. We helped the University manage the construction of a new academic building in the heart of campus that contains classrooms, student lounges and student support spaces. We advised the owner on construction issues and provided daily oversight of construction activities, monthly reports, weekly meetings, review of change orders and tracking of costs to maintain the project budget. We were also responsible for managing the submittal and reimbursement process for an RACP grant awarded by the Commonwealth of PA.

The architect for this project was Stantec. The project was completed in November 2013 at a project cost of $21,000,000.
