Carpenters’ Hall is a National Historic Landmark located with the National Park but owned and maintained by The Carpenters’ Company of the City and County of Philadelphia. We helped the Company manage a complete renovation of the Hall including:

• Foundation Waterproofing
• Building Systems/HVAC/Mechanical
• Brick & Stone Masonry Repairs and Repointing
• Gutters and Flashing – Repair and Replacement
• Roof – Repair and Replacement
• Paver Repairs
• Exterior Millwork, Shutters, Windows, Doors, Trim and Cupola

The project was completed in July of 2023. The architect for the project was Mills + Schnoering. The project cost was $3,800,000.
