9/11 MEMORIAL MUSEUM

The 9/11 Museum serves as the country’s principal institution concerned with exploring the implications of the events of 9/11, documenting the impact of those events and exploring 9/11’s continuing significance. The Museum tells the story of 9/11 through interactive technology, archives, narratives and a collection of artifacts. We provided planning and consulting services during the design phase for the museum including scheduling, budget, and exhibit design document review.

The architects were Davis Brody Bond and Snohetta, and the exhibit designers were Local Projects, Thinc, and Layman Design. This project was 110,000 square feet and had a budget of $700,000,000.
