Dan Bosin Associates is a project management firm based in Philadelphia, PA. Founded in 2003, we specialize in working with museums and cultural institutions, but also have experience with healthcare, residential and academic projects.

The first step in any project is listening to the client to understand your goals and aspirations. We don’t just help clients realize building projects — we work as a team that values a shared understanding, budgetary control, efficiency and creativity. We work as an extension of your staff, overseeing all aspects of design and construction to ensure your vision becomes a reality. We deliver transformative projects on time and on budget.

PRESIDENT

Dan Bosin

A registered architect since 1985, Dan brings over 30 years of experience in all phases of design and construction.  Prior to founding Dan Bosin Associates in 2003, Dan worked at Alesker Reiff and Dundon Architects, Hill International, Albert Einstein Healthcare Foundation and Bryn Mawr College. Significant projects include the National Constitution Center the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the US Senate and the Chemical Heritage foundation.

PROJECT DIRECTOR

Kirsti Bracali

Kirsti received a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University in 2001 and became a registered architect in 2006.  Prior to joining Dan Bosin Associates in 2011, Kirsti worked at a number of Architectural firms including Agos Lovera and Blackney Hayes. Significant projects include the Museum of the American Revolution, the Independence Visitor Center and a new addition for the Walnut Street Theatre.

PROJECT MANAGER

Anna Dinkin

Anna received a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University in 2004 and received her architectural registration in 2009. Prior to joining Dan Bosin Associates in 2018 Anna worked at Friday Architects, Culpen & Woods, David Varnish Architects and Balckney Hayes. Significant projects include AKA hotel, the Philadelphia Performing Arts Charter School. And the Franklin Square Fountain restoration.
